Terms and Conditions

1. Contract

The client’s approval for work to commence shall be deemed a contractual agreement between the client and Your Wedding Site. Approval for the work to commence and payment of the fee indicates that the client accepts the terms and conditions outlined.

2. Intellectual Copyright

Your Wedding Site holds intellectual copyright of any material, including source code and original images created until a full payment has been made. At this time we will transfer this intellectual copyright to the client.

3. Cancellation

Should the client wish to cancel at any stage throughout the process, they will remain liable for any work that has taken place and shall be charged accordingly.

4. Refunds

Should the client wish to cancel before any work has been commenced, a full refund will be provided.

5. Payment Methods

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is only accepted online via our website. We accept most major credit and debit cards.

6. Quotations

Any prices quoted to the client is purely for the work outlined on the quotation only. Should the client decide that further changes are required after work on the website has commenced, additional charges may apply.

7. Validity of Quotation

Unless otherwise agreed any quotation provided will remain valid for 30 days from the date of receipt.

8. Website Hosting

Whilst Your Wedding Site recommends hosting companies to host websites, no guarantees can be made as to the availability or interruption of this service. Your Wedding Site accepts no liability caused by the unavailability, malfunction or interruption of this service.

9. Compatibility

Your Wedding Site will endeavour to ensure that any designed/developed website functions correctly on the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser and to an acceptable level with the following browsers: Mozilla, Opera and Safari. Your Wedding Site can offer no guarantees of correct function with all browser software.

10. Copyright

Your Wedding Site cannot take responsibility for any copyright infringements caused by materials submitted by the client. We reserve the right to refuse any material of a copyrighted nature unless adequate proof is given of permission to use such material.

Any scripts, cgi applications, php scripts, or software (unless specifically agreed) written by Your Wedding Site remain the copyright of Your Wedding Site and may only be commercially reproduced or resold with the permission of Your Wedding Site.

11. Privacy

We do not share or sell any of your details with third party companies, without your express permission and we will only email you or contact you about work related matters. For further details regarding our Privacy Policy, visit our Privacy Policy page.

12. Future Support

Your website will be handed over as a fully functioning, completed work. Unless it has been agreed beforehand Your Wedding Site is not responsible for future support. Support can be provided upon request for an agreed fee.

13. Future Site Problems

Problems caused by malicious software, spyware, viruses and website hacking are a fact of life on today’s Internet. Whilst it is highly unlikely that these will affect your website - Your Wedding Site will endeavour to protect it from this as much as we can during its creation, however; after the website is handed over we cannot be held responsible for problems caused by illegal activity or the actions of others.

14. Returns

The services sold on this website are by nature non-returnable. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with the service after your purchase, you may receive a full refund on your payment by cancelling your project before confirmation of project commencement has been sent. 15. Delivery Policy

Once a payment has been successfully made, the design process will begin. Once your website has been successfully completed, it will be uploaded to a server of your choosing. For further details of our delivery policy, visit our delivery policy page.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions your statutory rights are not affected.

Your Wedding Site reserves the right to change or modify any of these terms or conditions at any time. Should clarification of any of the above be required please contact us.
